Hi Everyone,

Today I went to The Christ Hospital and visited Deborah Kendrick. She is doing well, and we had a wonderful visit.

 

Either this evening or tomorrow she will be transferred to the Acute Rehab Center at Christ Hospital.  She will be there for 10 or 12 days, and will have 3 hours of therapy every day.  She is not sure if she will go directly from the hospital to Florida, or if she will go to her home in East Walnut Hills first and then go to Florida.  She cannot put any weight on her injured leg for quite some time, so she will have to use a wheelchair for about  12 weeks.

 

She would love some visitors, but you want to make sure that she is not in physical or occupational therapy at the time you want to visit.  You can call Christ Hospital at 513-585-2000 to get Deborah's phone number.  Deborah will give you her room number and tell you what her therapy schedule is.

 

The Christ Hospital is located in Mt. Auburn at 2139 Auburn Ave.  Cincinnati, OH  45239.  Phone 513-585-2000.  It is served by Metro bus numbers 24 and 19.
