Chris,

 

Walter says his computer isn't working well and has asked me to send you his
proposal to introduce to the membership committee tonight.  His proposal is
as follows:

 

Beginning January 2016, membership fees should be $12 annually.  Members
should be allowed to pay quarterly, bi-annually or annually.  This amount,
when calculated, is $1 per month.

 

Chris, this is annie speaking from now on.  If the committee votes yes on
Walter's proposal, I am assuming it would have to be brought to the
membership for final approval.
