Hi Annie,

Bernie would like hotdog with no bun, and I would like hamburger with all
the trimmings. Bernie's birthday is December 4th, and mine is January 21st.

Event Details

 

What:  Cincinnati NFB Chapter Annual Picnic 

 

When:  June 18, 2016, 1:00 to 5:00 P.M.

 

Where:  The home of Paul and Marianne Denning, 835 Carini Lane, Cincinnati,
Oh  45218 

  

Scheduling access:  It is recommended those of you who take access, schedule
to arrive by 12:45 and to leave between 4:15-4:45 P.M.

 

Contributions:  Emily Pennington will be collecting $5 from each member and
each guest.

 

Items to be brought:  Please bring the item(s) promised and noted by your
name on the list below.

 

Picnic Menu

 

Annie and Kim: Riviera salad.

Paul and Bernie: Baked bean casserole

Karren and Bill: Green bean casserole

Ann Crawshaw:  Beets

Deanna: Macaroni and cheese.

David Perry: Potato salad and pasta salad

Sheri and Jessie: Corn casserole

Deborah:  fruit salad

Joy: Mustard and relish

Chris Sabin:  Onions and lettuce

Important!  See the list of meats and drinks below.  I need three things
from each person responding immediately to me by email.

Approximately 40 people are planning to attend the picnic; therefore, if you
are able to bring more of the item you promised, (disregarding desserts),
please do so.  When you arrive at the picnic, all food items should be given
to Rachel Kuntz, the kitchen manager; and, we appreciate Michael Kuntz for
agreeing to put together a cleanup committee.   

 

We plan to have a great time in our fellowship with one another. Thank you
for your contributions.  Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to
Paul and Marianne Denning for the use of their home for the picnic location
and for their family members'  assistance.
