Good morning Picnic Friends:

 

It is only a few days away from our NFB annual picnic and I hope transportation arrangements are being made to attend!  I trust you are looking forward to it as much as I am.  I want to remind you of a few things and to give you a couple of additional details.

 

1.         Contributions:  Emily Pennington will be collecting $5 from each member and each guest.

2.                        Food:  Rachel is in charge of all food items arriving at the picnic.

3.       Serving:  Rachel is in charge of coordinating food service.

4.       Meat griller:  Paul Denning

5.       Games: Kim McEachirn  

6.       Music:  Annie and Kim

7.       Clean Up:  Michael Kuntz:  Michael is looking for volunteers. 

 

8.        Items to be brought:  Please bring the item(s) promised and noted by your name on the list below.

 

Picnic Menu

 

Annie and Kim: Riviera salad and hotdogs .

Paul and Bernie: Baked bean casserole

Karren and Bill: Green bean casserole

Ann Crawshaw:  Beets

Deanna: Macaroni and cheese.

David Perry: Potato salad and pasta salad

Brieann:  Potato salad

Sheri: Corn casserole

Deborah:  fruit salad

Joy: Mustard and relish

Chris Sabin:  Onions and lettuce

Lisa:  16 to 32 slices of cheese

David Carr:  ketchup and a pack of tomatoes

Walter Mitchell:  Barbecue sauce (sweet baby ray’s)

Elif and Samet:  tomatoes and lettuce

Paul and Paula:  two bags hotdog buns  and two bags hamburger buns

Dale and Kate:  Wheat hamburger buns and ketchup

Brent Thane: three bags of Potato chips and dip

Gloria robinson:  One bag hotdog buns and onions

Mike Horn:  Two bags hotdog buns and two bags hamburger buns

Walter and a guest:  7up cake

Marianne:  a cake

Judy:  cookies--flavors of cookies include  chocolate chip, lemon with white chocolate chips, and chocolate with white chocolate chips  

Emily and Lillie: Orange delight

Rachel and Michael: Plates, utensils, napkins, and cups

Emmeram and Shelly Morning:  Food assistants

Brian Denning:  food assistant

Paul denning:  Meat griller

 

Currently, I show 37 people who have signed up to attend the picnic.  Kim is donating all of the hotdogs and the other meats and the drinks will be purchased.  Thank you for giving me your meat and drink preferences in advance.  See you Saturday.
