Hello NFBO,

I met with Flying Pig Mary on Saturday to check out our location for the
BLT-Station. Here is the scoop:

We will be lined up along the east side of MLK. This is a four lane
road.(two going east and two going west)

The two lanes in front of us will be blocked for the runners, but the
westbound lanes will be open to traffic.

The runners will be approaching us from the right. (running west on the
eastbound lanes)

We will be given gloves to wear.

We will have cases of Puffs tissue packages. (donated by P&G, of course)

We will stand at the curb, take out one Puffs tissue at a time, hold it out
at arm's length towards the runners and have them grab it as they go by.
Repeat.

No one goes into the street, put your foot on the edge of the curb and use
it as your guide.

We will collect the used tissues in the trash receptacle. (we have a plunger
to pack down the tissues)

There may also be trash from the previous energy bar station that we need to
pick up.

Parking will not be a problem. There is a parking lot at 1501 Madison Rd
Cincinnati that is at the corner of our station.

I also want to remind everyone that this is a Rain or Shine event. Nothing
stops the Flying Pig Marathon, so we will show up, no matter what!

I think I covered the logistics. If there are any other details you would to
know, do not hesitate to ask. Thanks to all of you who have already
volunteered and to all who have yet to sign up. This will be an
unforgettable experience!

Flying Pig Sheri
