I'm pretty sure I can do this.

I'll be in Florida, so plans aren't always completely predictable, but I
should be able to call in.

Suggestion: Why don't you distribute to the committee the national effort
you are refering to?

Hello all. I'd like to propose that we have our next membership committee
meeting on Monday May 16 at 7:00 PM by phone conference. The topic for next
meeting is the new membership drive from National office announced this past
week.
