I don’t think I have officially responded to you yet regarding the Christmas party.  

Of course I plan to attend and am looking forward to it!

Red Lobster is one of my most favorite places to eat, so your selection is a bit of a Christmas present in itself, by the way.  

Ordering from the menu makes it even more enticing, rather than being limited.

The 2016 Cincinnati Chapter Christmas party will be held on Saturday, December 10 from 1 until 4:30 pm at Red Lobster, 3564 Springdale Road, Cincinnati, Ohio.  A private room has been reserved for this celebration.  You will have the option of selecting any item(s) from the menu; their will be individual checks and gratuities.  A Gratuity is not required but would be much appreciated.  Each NFB member will receive $5 at the door toward their meal purchase.  It is being recommended that everyone put in their order by 1:30.  Prior to arriving at the restaurant, you may wish to review the online website at www.redlobster.com.  Currently, Red Lobster has only two Braille menus.

 

This particular Red Lobster is accessible by buses 17 and 19 and by Access.  When scheduling transportation, we recommend arriving no earlier than 12:45 and departing no later than 4:30 as the room will be used by another group at 5:00 P.M.

 

If you plan to attend the NFb Christmas party, please email or call me as soon as possible.  The deadline for me taking reservations is November 16 by 8 PM.

 

  We will be collecting nonperishable food and household items again this year at the Christmas party to be donated to a nonprofit organization.  A follow-up email will be sent with a list of recommended items within the next couple of weeks.
