Hi Chris,

OK, first initial and last name should work. I will need to gather some 
3 by 5 index card to experiment before attempting to braille the card by hand.

I hope to find a sighted volunteer who can help me spend some time in 
getting it brailled so that it is not on the wrong side. It would be 
bad if the person couldn't see the print with braille on it.
