I think some people may not read their email before the scheduled meeting or
may not have one; therefore, you may want to consider calling or texting
members with this information.

 

Since I need to do a follow-up email regarding the museum tour, I will
include picnic details as we need to begin finalizing plans for it.  June
will be here before we can blink an eye!

 

  As far as a conference call is concerned, I am only available on Tuesday
evening.  Thank you.

Lisa, Paul and myself spoke briefly this morning. Due to the inclement
weather here in Cincinnati, the chapter meeting today has been cancelled!

 

We would like to schedule a teleconference next week. Please respond with
your availability preferrably by tomorrow, Sunday night.
