Hey Annie: I couldn't make it this Saturday, but I want to go on the tour.
Either Kate and I will go, or I'll go by myself. Who shold we call to
confirm our reservations, and send our money, and can we use credit card
info instead of checks? I would be very interested, and I think Kate would
be also. Sincerely, Dale Barta

Railroad Freedom Center Tour May 6th
Dear NFB Family:
I would appreciate knowing if you plan to go on the National Underground
Railroad Freedom Center Tour. I need to have all details (payment) dealt
with by April 20th. Please read the info below and respond as soon as
possible.
Here are the facts:
Tour date/time: Saturday, May 6th from 1 to 3:00 PM
Cost: Ages 3 to 12 ($7) and ages 13 and up ($12)
Group booking: Need payment and final numbers two weeks in advance; a group
is generally defined as 15 or more people; however, our group is not being
held to this restriction
Tour mobility: the majority of the tour includes walking; however, there
are benches throughout the museum that can be utilized by our group during
the tour. In addition, there are four wheelchairs that can be used on a
first come, first serve basis.
Lunch: The NURFC does not have a restaurant; therefore, if we plan to eat
at the NURFC, food can be brought in as there is an area where the group can
eat. This lunch area must be requested at the time our reservation is made
(payment and numbers turned in)
Tour accessibility: Event Coordinator (verbally) assured me there are
pre-recorded information and that the rest of the tour would be handled with
narration by a tour guide(s)
Please let me know if you have additional questions. Thank you very much.

Hi Rachel,
I have scheduled the NURFC tour for Saturday, May 6th from 1:00 until 3:00
for those individuals who desire to take it. I will be presenting all
information at the Cincinnati chapter meeting tomorrow. Let me know if any
one in your chapter is interested and I will follow-up with additional
details.
I pray your "in vision" event will be successful tomorrow; I know it will be
simply because you put it together.
Blessings,
Annie
