The Dropbox link to the constitution worked just fine. When I executed it on
my Windows 7 computer from Microsoft Outlook, a new tab opened in Firefox
with a play button and the entire constitution played when I executed it.
The running time was about 10 minutes and 36 seconds and the job was well
done.
