[Cinci-nfb] Jernigan Raffle Tickets

Hello All,

I would like to get an idea of how many of you would be interested in
getting in on the Jernigan raffle this year. The monies from this raffle
funds the first-time convention attendee scholarships from our national
office. Richard just put out the email, so we have our May and June meetings
to purchase them. They are $10 each and the winning ticket is drawn at the
banquet at national convention. You do not have to be present to win. Here
are the details:
