Sheri:
As you may know, I have spent a considerable amount of time in four different medical facilities in the last 16 months. As a result, I have published a number of articles on the subject, which I encourage you to review and include in your presentation. Visit the AccessWorld site for the most readily available two pieces. I would not presume to participate in person, but hope you will use the information I reference here.

When I am home and at my computer, I can send specific links if that would help.

They have had a number of blind and visually impaired clients and would feel better if they knew how to make their stay more comfortable for them.
> The best day for this visit with the staff is a Wednesday afternoon at 2 PM. We would probably make it about an hour presentation and have time for questions. I am reaching out to you to know who would be interested in participating in this event, and we will schedule a conference call to determine the date and go over an agenda. Please reply to this email and I will contact you off list. Thank you very much.

Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
