The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

Hello Cincinnati Chapter,
It’s been quiet on the list, so I am sending this out one more time before the meeting. We need more items for our basket. I want to thank those of you who have responded with donations, but this is a chapter project, and I would like to see more chapter members participate. If you are not able to go out and get specific items that have been suggested, would it be possible to donate cash to the cause so these items can be purchased? Thank you for your consideration, see you Saturday.
