Hello Cincinnati Chapter,

Your Board of Directors had a meeting last night to discuss matters
pertinent to the state convention. Here is what you need to know:

We have rented a van to transport members to Columbus on Friday November 1
and bring us back to Cincinnati on Sunday November 3rd. The cost of the van
is $600, plus gas and the driver. Space is limited so if you want to be a
passenger, you need to reply to this email as soon as possible to reserve
your spot. Please indicate if you will be taking the van both ways, as
opposed to just needing a ride home on Sunday. Priority will be given to
round-trip passengers. If you are one of our recent visitors to the chapter,
and want to ride up with us, there will be a $50 charge for the trip.

Next, we have great news! Gloria has secured corporate sponsorship for the
van! This means that we only need to cover the cost of gas and the driver.
Be sure to thank Gloria for this fantastic contribution for our chapter!

Finally, the Board voted on a $50 convention assistance for each member in
good standing. This will be a cash allowance given to you at the next
meeting, and you may use it for where you see the need.

I have only heard from one individual who has expressed an interest in
applying for state convention assistance. The deadline for this is October
15th. When you fill out the form, you now know that your transportation will
be provided and the chapter will be contributing $50 in assistance. These
are specific questions asked by President Payne.
