[Cinci-NFB] Really enjoyed the convention and the banquet

I really enjoyed the banquet in the convention this year. It brought back several memories. First of all, when I mentioned the Betty and Charlie Allen scholarship. I knew Charlie from serving on the state rehab Council. Also, Ed McDonald who won the gift 20. I knew it when he was a DJ at WNKU. I was a student then at Northern Kentucky University and we both were members of the Northern Kentucky chapter of the national Federation of the blind. Also, When Ray Kurzweil spoke, I remembered seeing the very first Kurzweil reading machine. I was also a student at Northern Kentucky University. I am grateful for what the national Federation of the blind has done for me throughout my life in the wonderful memories I have as a result of it
I hope that each and everyone of you enjoyed the convention as much as I did
