This is a reminder of the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio,
Cincinnati Chapter Meet the Blind Month Event, Thursday October 15 2020 from
11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. This is an annual event to celebrate the
accomplishments of Blind members of our community.

 

October 15 is National White Cane Awareness Day, a day in which we celebrate
the importance of the white cane as a tool for the independence and
inclusion of Blind people into all aspects of society. See and hear from
Blind people from all walks of life in the Greater Cincinnati area, who will
share their story of living the lives they want. We will also share
community resources for the blind community and people facing vision loss in
the Greater Cincinnati area.
