[Cinci-NFB] One Touch Self Defense,

Hello,
One touch self defense comes from Aikido, and is designed for people who are blind, or have low vision. Chuck Geiger has a great deal of experience with various forms of Martial Arts, and will be teaching One Touch. So if you’re nterested, One Touch starts October 3, and will take place every Tuesday, for eight consecutive weeks. Classes will take place from 5, until 6:30; at the CABVI Hornbeck Center, located at 1022 Kenner Street. Hope to see you there.
