I had no information from you or anyone, so I did what I thought appropriate. If you had time to discuss with other people in the chapter, I would think that you would have had time to speak to me. Just like the other time, I was just acting on the discussion that happened in the meeting. When did your discussions happen, and how would I know that what we decided in the meeting has changed? If a president knows well in advance that an absence is to occur, the meetings are rescheduled accordingly. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>He said, in part, “If I knew I could not make the September board meeting, I would change the date. … Further, in 24 years as president, Barbara Pierce presided over every meeting.’ <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Again, I apologize for not getting back to the entire group via this list.
