Last night, I brought up my experience in borrowing a vehicle from a local non-profit. Unfortunately, I did not communicate in a way that could be understood. In my experience, non-profits who allow people to use vehicles belonging to the non-profit often require the driver to submit information to the non-profits insurance company.
