The banquet manager would like a count of who will be attending and the members' food choices by November 27th. Also, since the food will prepared according to the orders given to the chef, we must inform the restaurant about any cancellations no later than December 9. </div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr">Here are the main course choices.</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr">Chicken and Waffles (with French fries) </div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr"> $18 plus a $3.50 tip</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr">Seared salmon (potato and veggie of the day)</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr"> $17 plus $3.50 tip</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr">Greek Pasta ( can be ordered gluten free or without bacon if desired)</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr"> $15 plus $3 tip</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr">Hamburger and Fries</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr"> $14 plus $3 tip</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr">NFB members in good standing can deduct $5 from the cost of the main course. At our October chapter meeting the members approved this $5 subsidy. </div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1447800136974_2757" dir="ltr">Drinks, appetizers, and desserts are not included in the price of the main course. Coffee or soft drinks are $2.50. Refills are free. Alcoholic beverages will be available at regular bar prices. A limited menu of some of Arnold's most popular appetizers will be available as well as a dessert menu. Separate checks will be written for these items.
