I’m glad Doug Mohr is still in play. Now—if it’s appropriate to ask—why have these job fares always been at the Sharonville Convention Center? That’s not a very accessible location. Neither is Goodwill! When I went through the job placement process—and this was years ago—RSC had a shuttle from Downtown to the Sharonville Convention Center. I remembered the Consumer Advisory Council brought up the issue, and one person in particular representing BSVI balked initially because he thought a shuttle from Downtown was too costly.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>When I see job fares like this, I always ask who from each company will be attending the fare from the employer’s side. If I need to go somewhere like Sharonville or the SE Butler Chamber in West Chester, I always ask if there will be people there who actually participate in hiring decisions.
