Greetings guide dog handlers, schools and friends,

Missouri Guide Dog Users (MGDU) is please to announce the registration form 
is now available and ready for you to register for America's Guide Dog 
Conference. The dates for this conference dedicated to our guide dogs, 
handlers, schools and friends are: Thursday, March 27, 2014 thru Sunday, 
March 30, 2014. It will be held at the Saint Louis Hilton Hotel at the 
Ballpark in Missouri.



Please remember to make your hotel reservations separately. You will not be 
able to register for the conference and reserve your hotel on the same form. 
Hotel reservations are now being accepted. The information is below.



To complete your registration form On-Line for America's Guide Dog 
Conference, please visit Missouri Guide Dog User's web site at: 
www.mgdu.org. Simply click on the link called:  America's Guide Dog 
Conference Registration.

Here you will be able to register, choose your meals, and make your payment 
with a credit card.



If you would prefer to register by phone and have your credit card 
processed, or make arrangements to mail MGDU a check to pay your 
registration fees,

The deadline for submitting registration forms and paying all registration 
fees is by March 1, 2014.

The On-Line reservation is now available for you to access and reserve your 
room for the conference. The special conference room rate is $89.00 per
