Hello and happy new year to all.  Since this leadership meeting will be
taking place on Sunday evening, it will serve as our first meeting of the
year.  If others aren't abel to attend that is fine.  However, I would like
the offices and the board members to attend this meeting.  We can have a
Coagdu meeting either the 18th, 25th, or the 1st of next month.  Will go
with what the majority would like to do.

Dear All,

 

                Let me begin by wishing everyone a very happy new year! You
are receiving this message because you are a leader in the National
Association of Guide dog Users or an affiliate president interested in
developing an affiliate NAGDU division. As the NFB celebrates our 75th year,
we are feeling an excitement and energy for which the Federation is widely
known. As a strong and proud division of the NFB, the National Association
of Guide dog Users shares the excitement and energy generated by the 75 Days
of Action and the amazing opportunities that have come our way!

The NAGDU board of directors wants to share the exciting successes of our
initiatives and projects with you and how these programs will have a
positive impact on your efforts to build your NAGDU structure. We have an
exciting announcement to make to our leadership that you will not want to
miss! We also want to share how we can work together to make our
organization more cohesive and dynamic. You are invited to participate in a
special meeting of NAGDU leaders throughout the Federation. This is our
chance to get to know each other better, learn of your successes, work
together to overcome our challenges, and strengthen our Federation bonds.
You are asked to circulate this message to your NAGDU affiliate leadership
and urge them to attend this meeting. 

 

                The NAGDU leadership meeting will be held on Sunday, January
11, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern (7:00 p.m. Central; 6:00 p.m. Mountain; & 5:00
p.m. Pacific). The call-in instructions follow. We look forward to your
presence and input!

 

Conference Participant Instructions

 

1.	At the specified time, call (641) 715-3300
2.	When prompted, enter your participant code: 560908#
3.	                A portion of this meeting will be considered an
official meeting of the NAGDU Board of directors. During this portion of the
meeting, only members of the Board of Directors of the National Association
of Guide Dog Users may make and vote on motions. All participants will have
opportunities to offer input during the meeting.
4.	All participants will be required to identify themselves. Anonymous
callers may not enter the board room. 
5.	This conference will be recorded. Participation in the conference
implies an agreement to and authorization for such recording in compliance
with state and federal laws.

 

During the conference call, participants may use the following commands:

*3 exits the conference and puts you in the lobby.

*6 mutes the participant. Pressing the command again unmutes the
