Dear Chapter and Division presidents:

 

As Chairperson of Convention Activities, I writing to request your help.  It is important that we reach out to all blind people in the state of Colorado and invite them to attend the NFB of Colorado’s state convention.  So please circulate the above flyer to your contacts list including all members of your chapter.  Wouldn’t it be great to have all members of all chapters and divisions join us in Denver for this year’s convention. 

 

In addition, if you know professionals in your area, such as rehab counselors or other providers of service to the blind, please forward the flyer to them as well. 

 

If you have colleges or universities in your area try to distribute the flyer to the Disability Services office.    

 

Thanking you in advance for your help in getting the word out in your area.  Please contact me with any questions you might have about the Convention.

 

Any tips you might have for circulating this Convention flyer would be most appreciated.
