Dear Melissa,
The Guide Dog Foundation and America's VetDogs are pleased to share with you that for the 10th year in a row, The American College of Veterinary Opthalmologists (ACVO) are generously providing free eye exams to working guide and service dogs in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Exams will occur during the month of May and registration is open until the end of April. Locations and the number of appointments are limited, so please act quickly if you want to take advantage of this completely free opportunity.
Click here to find out if there is a participating vet at a clinic near you.
As a graduate of one of our training programs, your dog will qualify for the free exam. The clinic may ask to see your ID card or other proof of graduation at the time of your visit. To read more about program qualifications, click here.
Click here to register for an appointment at a clinic near you.
We are grateful to the ACVO for once again offering this valuable free service to working dogs around North America, and we hope that you and your dog are able to make the best of this opportunity.
Warm regards,
Grete Eide
