> The meeting was called to order at 4:05 PM. People present were Marty, Maryanne, Paul, Kevan, Melissa S. and Maureen. Rene arrived later while Melissa G. and Libby were absent. Bianca and Cerridwyn were present as guests.

> Minutes from last meeting: A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes as they were posted to the COAGDU mailing list. There was no discussion.

> Treasury: is not yet set up at Elevations Credit Union. Maryanne is getting required documents from Lisa.

> Potential Sponsorships: Kevan has met with NeutraSource and has asked them to sponsor COAGDU and the 6 Dot Dash an the activities around dogs.

> Rideshare hotline: We now have an extension for our rideshare hotline. Maryanne asked if we were going to branch out and look into taking calls nationally since this is the last year of the settlement agreement. Kevan stated that Colorado gets money for reports we submit from National, so there is a monetary incentive. Paul will look at writing up textual instructions as well as making both a video and an audio tutorial so that we can circulate these and get people reporting more easily.

> 6 Dot dash: Melissa S will coordinate the puppy raisers and make up a schedule for the “Puppy Kissing Booth”. She will see if the raisers are interested in building a booth, but if not, we could just make a booth and signs from cardboard. There is also an idea circulating about refurbishing and repainting a child’s puppet theater for this venture. They would like to have a $5 donation for people to spend time with a puppy. We need to decide as a group how much time this would give someone  with a puppy. We should have a 3 month and a 4 month old puppy for this exciting venture. Maryanne will make certain that a Square account is set up by then as well.

> Development of Educational and Public Outreach Piece: We are not sure where this project is currently. Ellie is still working on her video and we would like to see what she has. This will help us to develop and/or find other supplemental materials in order to create a robust piece.

> Submitting proposed comments on the regulation of emotional support animals within the Air Carrier Access Act: Kevan has the proposed comments and will send them out to the board. NAGDU will meet  to iron out these proposed comments next Sunday Evening.
