> The American Foundation for the Blind is doing a survey on dog guide usage. I would encourage you to consider participating in the survey even if you don't use a dog guide because I believe they are trying to find out reasons people do and do not choose to work with them. See survey below.

> What's your opinion about guide dog usage? Take part in a 10-minute survey to share your thoughts.
> Are you blind or do you have low vision?
> Do you live in the U.S. or Canada?
> If you said "yes" to both questions, we're inviting you to take part in a brief survey to share your opinion about guide dog use. Five individuals who leave their email address at the end of the survey will be randomly selected to receive a $20 Amazon gift card.
> The American Foundation for the Blind is pleased to be working with Guide Dogs for the Blind on a 21-month research study to examine guide dog usage. Learn more about this partnership by reading the joint press release.
> As a beginning step in our larger study, we are asking for people's opinions related to guide dog use. Do you want to learn more?
> Ready to get started? Take the survey.
> Do you have questions or need more information? Please email Dr. L. Penny Rosenblum, AFB's Director of Research.
