Hello NFB State Presidents,



I am the coordinator for the National Certification in Literary Braille (NCLB). I'm writing to let you know that testing for the NCLB will be held at the NFB national convention in Detroit, on Saturday and Sunday, July 4th and 5th. The cost is $250 and the deadline is May 20th.
