Hello Everyone

 

Wow!  Where has the time gone?  It seems like only yesterday we were having
our first At Large chapter meeting and now another one is just around the
corner.  The second meeting is shaping up to be an exciting and jammed
packed event!  We will have a representatives from our state Student
Division, Parents Division, and Seniors Division.  This will help everyone
become more familiar with our state divisions, how work on a National level,
and how to get involved.  

 

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE THE AT LARGE CHAPTER A SUCCESS SO PLEASE CALL IN
IF THE AT LARGE CHAPTER IS RIGHT FOR YOU!!! THIS CHAPTER IS FOR ANYONE WHO
WANTS TO BE INVOLVED BUT CANNOT ATTEND IN PERSON CHAPTER MEETINGS!
STUDENTS, PARENTS, SENIORS, AND ANYONE ELSE WHO IS INTERESTED IN WORKING
WITH THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF THE BLIND OF COLORADO, GET ON THE CALL AND
CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!

 

The meeting will be held Tuesday, June 26th at 7:00PM.  Please make every
effort to be on the call by 6:55PM so that we can begin in a timely manner.

1.        Round the phone:  Introductions (15 minutes) - Briefly tell us
about yourself and why you called in!

2.       Why I am a Federationist (15 minutes) - Two long-time members tell
us the story of why they got involved and have stayed in the National
Federation of the blind of Colorado.  

3.       Meet Colorado Parents of Blind Children (20 minutes) 

4.       Meet Colorado Association of Blind Students (20 minutes)

5.       Meet Colorado Association of Blind Seniors (20 minutes)
