I've attached a national accessibility survey that Congress requested, and
I'm going to forward an e mail message to you (and copy it to Gary Van
Dorn).  The survey is being done by the National Council on Disability and
the National Disability Rights Network which is the Protection and Advocacy
Systems national membership organization.  It would be very helpful if you
could help us get the survey out to NFB folks and others in the disability
community.  Question # 3 asks about barriers to voting, including problems
with accessible voting equipment.
