Greetings Folks, currently the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is housed in the Office of Long Term Care within the Department of Human Services. As many of you know, we passed a resolution at our state convention calling upon the Department to use a more appropriate and accurate name for the office in which DVR is housed. They have responded by selecting three new possible names and they want us to vote. So, please do.
The link below takes you to an online survey which is accessible.
Personally, I prefer Office of Access and Independence and have voted for that choice. The message below does not tell us when the survey closes.
So, please vote as soon as you can.

Best and Happy Thanks Giving!

I know it is a crazy time of year, but it is crucial to our mission to better represent what the Office should be named. Please take approximately
1 minute and click on your choice of names. Send this out as you deem appropriate to any other stakeholders. Majority rules - so make your vote count!

Thank you!!!
