Hi everyone,

 I hope you're all having a good start to the year. Just wanted to share
info about an e-mail list that I am owner of. It's a yahoo group and I hope
that's ok that I'm posting about it here.

 It's called blind-mentalhealth. While the majority of people on  the  list
are blind/visually impaired, sighted people are allowed on the list provided
that they're dealing  with mental health concerns they'd like support with.
We're a very supportive resourceful bunch with a fair number of young adults
in or just finished with school. A wide  variety of issues are addressed
including depression, anxiety, PTSD, dissociative disorders, adictions,
self-injury, ETC. As well as other issues where one might want emotional
support such as relationship challenges, the death of a loved one, finding
work, school stress ETC.

 If you'd like to join or know someone who might be interested please send
