[Colorado-talk] Automated Stop Announcements

The interior announcements seem to be working on some buses and not
others. I hear them about once every other bus I ride. It is very
inconsistent. BTW we're  OK from the flooding. Some roads were washed
out but mostly in outlying areas near the creeks.
