Greetings Federationists, please note the below.  Federationists were in the
room and we are one of the organizations officially signing onto support
this bill.  If we get this bill through the legislature and signed by
Governor Hickenlooper, it will be easier to enforce civil rights for us in
Colorado.

Dear Members

Thanks to some great teamwork and 34 organizations that signed on in support
of SB 118--the Colorado ADA--and a packed hearing room and terrific
testimony SB 118 passed out of Senate Judiciary Committee UNANIMOUSLY.

Now we need to call our personal Senator and ask him or her to vote YES on
the floor.  There will be both 2nd reading where a few clarifying
amendments will be added and then 3rd and final reading.    After it passes
the Senate then we repeat the whole process in the house.

When we go to House Judiciary we need to repeat or exceed the turnout we
had today.   There will be VERY SHORT notice of the hearing date because
the legislative session ends in early May.  Things move really fast right
now.

More to come --for now call your Senator--we need EVERY SINGLE SENATOR
called and emailed within the next 24 hours.
