[Colorado-talk] Proposed January 2015 RTD changes

Hey people. RTD has posted it’s proposed changes for January 2015. Most of it is usual, but there are a few that people may want to look at.
First, they are proposing to shut down multiple call-and-rides.
Second, they propose to cut several trips on the W light rail line.
