[Colorado-talk] Gov. Hickenlooper Sings Bill to Move DVR

The bill that will move Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
(DVR) from Human Services to the Department of Labor and Employment
made it through the Legislature and was signed into law by Governor.
Hickenlooper on Friday.  The move will occur July 1, 2016.  The NFB of
Colorado has a lot of work to do in the interim, so stay tuned to
