Subject: [Alerts] Volunteers for our move

All:

We are now ready to arrange volunteers for our move. Here is what we
need:

FRIDAY 11/20 4-6 people to help finish packing our office and storage
space --anytime during business hours.

SATURDAY 11/21 At least FOUR (4) very strong people to help with moving
heavy furniture. It will be in the morning starting around 8 am--if we
can get enough people and one truck we will be able to do it in one or two
trips. There are a number of desks and chairs, a couple tables and a
bookshelf.

SUNDAY 11/22 Three (3) strong people to assist with getting three desks
raised on blocks and secured to make them wheelchair accessible This will
occur between 9 am-1 pm

MONDAY 11/23 Up to 8 people to help unpack, including people who can stand
and put stuff up on the walls. Should be people able to lift and deal
with a bit of chaos. Begin at noon--if possible we would like to get it
done same day but if not may continue on 11/24.
We will need a few people to clean the old office so we get our security
deposit back.

TUESDAY 11/24 2 or 3 people to assist with setting up all of our computers
and electronics. Need people with good hand dexterity and ability to get
on floor and under desks to arrange chords. Our IT manager can direct on
what to do so computer knowledge not necessary but it would be a great
plus. This will begin at either 10 am or noon depending on if we have to
finish the unpacking

The payment for this will be our UNDYING GRATITUDE and knowledge that you
are helping to situate us so we can get back to our advocacy work as
quickly as possible. We are good at lots of stuff but heavy lifting is
not in our "wheel house" (pun intended)

Sincerely,
