YES, THEY DO!!!!!  Weekend service is available twice per day from Denver to Fort Collins and the Springs.  Twice Daily to the Western Slope too, but you need to read that schedule carefully.

They have added the extension of West line and added the Outrider.
West adds Rifle, Parachute and Grand Junction.
Outrider will serve Alamosa, Moffat, Poncha Springs, Salida, Cotopaxi, Canon City, Penrose, Pueblo West and Pueblo.

I will inquire why they have not closed the loop between Pueblo and Colorado Springs.
