[Colorado-Talk] Could Free Service Solve Denver’s Transit Problems?

Free fairs<https://www.westword.com/news/could-free-service-solve-denvers-transit-problems-11541316> is not a new concept.  This article from Westward is interesting.  Colorado 9to5 endorses this ideal.  I am unsure what to think of it myself as a taxpayer.  What do you think?
