You can go tothe site: www.nfbnet.org Jo to join or drop Nfb lists. Find blind-cooks click on the join link and fill out the form.
You can also create an email to blind-cooks at nfbnet.org put the word subscribe in the subject line. Send you message. Then reply to the message you get in return. It should say confirm your subscription. Reply and then send.
