Thank you Phyllis for your thoughts. Also thank you for pointing out the
good and bad experiences. I have had the same experiences. However, I
chose to stay. Approach the bad and negative treatments as a barrier that
I need to overcome. Like in many other things in my life. s

Hello Everyone,
I have been coming to CCB since 2014,atteending the Senior Support Group.
On living the life you want. Iagree with being positive. The truth as I
see it, is the thing that hinder you, is not what you know, what you
experienced orIt is your education. It who you know to help you get ahead.
The CCB organization works on nepotism, its whoever is liked get ahead. I
ask why? Their is no accountability in terms of employment, the powers
that be, want whomever they want, what goes is in the hands of those few
people in power to make the final decisions. I have had good experiences
and bad experiences at the CCB. But certain epople are treated better
than others. What do you all think?
PC
