Everclear is usually 140 proof, which is 60% alcohol. It works better that Absolut

Remember that the current guideline is that hand sanitizer should be at least 60% alcohol to be effective.
If everclear is lower ABV than the isopropyl then you'd need to change the ratio of ingredients.
