[Colorado-Talk] Accessible combination lock for a locker at YMCA

Greetings colleagues, any of my brothers and sisters have a notion of where I can purchase an accessible combination lock? Years ago I bought one that had two rows of buttons. It was mechanical. Another words, you could program a combination like, 2379 and just push down the buttons. Anything similar like that still exist.
