If you don't have a membership or Braille coin how does one get one? I've never received either. Thanks.

Subject: [Colorado-Talk] National Federation the Blind coin challenge

Greetings to each of you my esteemed colleagues. Are you ready? In person or over zoom. We are about 48 hours away from our 2021 national Federation of the blind of Colorado state convention. I am really excited about this one. I hope you’ll take a moment and introduce yourself to President Riccobono. I hope you will be there in person or on zoom for the opening ceremony spectacular. I hope you’ll bring a little extra cash or credit cards, because, Marianne and the auction team have some pretty darn special auction items. We should all take a little time to introduce ourselves to our 2021 scholarship winners. Looking at the agenda there are some very good exhibits of technology and other products and services. We can learn so much and create great partnerships with all of these exhibitors. Remember they pay to exhibit. So let’s patronize them if we are able. For those who feel safe enough to join in person. It’s going to be electric! It will be so wonderful to be with our buddies. Social distanced masked etc. etc. we are very excited about the work we will be able to report from project literacy and our private school initiative NFB and CCB programming. There is so much more. Now, it brings me to what is possibly the most important item. I understand that some of the Colorado Springs members may be circulating through the convention, the restaurant, Coffee shop, bars with their membership Coin or Braille commemorative coin. They are ready for the challenge. So please bring your coins. If someone comes up to you and says I have my coin and they drop it on the table you better have yours. If you don’t by the rules of the challenge you owe them a drink. But if you do have yours. That challenger owes you a drink. I hope I remember to bring my coin. See you all in a day or two And feel free to forward to anyone you think may not be on this list. Let’s invite as many blind people as we can. It will be a party! In our movement we always have a good time and honor our morals and principles under the NFB code of conduct. As Dr. Jernigan used to say, it will be a whomp Dollinger of a convention.
