[Colorado-Talk] The Blue Book for this year's state elections is out

Hello:

 

This week I got in the mail the Blue Book outlining all the proposals on the election ballot this fall.  Like you, I want to read it but not in that small print.  Here is a message from the Library for the Blind with information on how to access the Blue Book.

Each election year the Colorado Talking Book Library records the “Blue Book” and makes it available in MP3 format.
