Introducing The Young Emerging Leaders for Disability Power!


Dear CCDC Supporter, 

The Young Emerging Leaders for Disability Power program brings together a diverse group of young members of the disability community to explore and advance disability rights. If selected for this opportunity, you will develop skills to practice leadership, advocacy, community organizing, fundraising, and engage in policy work to make real change in your local communities. Participants will receive a $500 stipend for their participation AND completion of the program.

This opportunity is specifically designed to engage young people who have disabilities and allies of people with disabilities. The program is a total of 10 virtual sessions over the course of three months. The Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition (CCDC) is the parent organization of this program; CCDC will work with all participants to ensure that any needs you may have due to a disability are accommodated.
