Hi Renee, I know we had spoke once before but I have a senior who lives outside of Colorado Springs who would like to call Lynn for the chapter meeting but he will be dialing in and I don’t know how he enters a password that has letters in it. I think when I was trying to use my phone a couple of months I wasn’t able to get in for that reason, is there a trick to using a phone to get in because he just doesn’t have the computer skills to get there any other way.
