[Colorado-Talk] Request for seminar proposals for NFBCO Greeley state convention

Hi Kevin et al,
So, sorry if this is a dumb question, but... were I to propose a seminar, would I also be proposing that I'd be the one conducting the seminar? Or would it be simply a suggestion that another member, possibly with more expertise, etc., would then be conducting, were my proposal excepted?
