Yes, he needs some education; however, he really has a beef with emotional animals-rabbits and snakes which I can understand-and dog fur on his seats and floor. I think it’s our responsibility as guide dog owners to brush our dogs-especially on the days we know we’re riding on ride share cars-and to keep them on the floor and watch their noses. In this way, we’ll give them little cause to not to want to take us.

I did watch these YouTube videos, and I have to say that this guy is an idiot. People are free to speak how they feel about things, but this guy is definitely going to get himself into legal trouble.

This driver   should be expel from the program and videos be taking off the air.

The link below plays a YouTube video which lasts for about 18 minutes. It is perhaps one of the most objectionable videos I have watched in a long time. The person who is speaking is apparently a Lyft driver who objects to being required to transport passengers with service animals. That driver should be taken off of the Lyft (and yes, Uber) platform.
